Leo Grinberg

(Riff Raff)

Born and raised in the Russian Far East, Leo travelled to the US 10 years ago to pursue his lifetime dream - singing American music.  His recent credits include Frankenfurter in 2010 TAU's "Rocky Horror Show"; Tommy in 2011 TAU's rock musical "Tommy"; Roger in 2012 TAU's "RENT"; Curly in 2012 Perseverance Theatre production of "Oklahoma!"; Jesus of Nazareth in 2013 Theatre Winter Haven's "Jesus Christ Superstar", Hedwig in 2013 City Stage production of Hedwig and The Angry Inch.

Amy Tipton


Amy Tipton is thrilled to be playing Janet in ROCKY HORROR! She hopes everyone comes out and has a wild and awesome time! 

Sam Robison


Sam Robison is so happy to be returning to City Stage and Thalian Hall after several years of wandering the galaxy, searching for the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything. Most recently he appeared in the NY Fringe Fest production of The Pundit and That Cute Radioactive Couple at the Game Play Festival. Previous City Stage credits include Reefer Madness, Fahrenheit 451, Into The Woods, and Santaland Diaries.

Anthony Lawson


Heather Setzler


has seen City Stage's previous productions of Rocky Horror and is excited to be a part of the latest turn of this cult classic. She's a little nervous about one of the scenes required of Columbia as she's never done this on stage before-- the tap solo, of course! Favorite roles include: Lin (Great American Trailer Park), Fantine (Les Miserables) and Velma von Tussle (Hairspray). While not on stage, Heather works as executive producer at WECT and spends time with her Favorite co-star Jason.

Caitlin Becka


Caitlin Becka is thrilled to do the Time Warp once more! She has missed the moon drenched shores of her beloved Transsexual Transylvania. A graduate from Catawba College with a BFA in Musical Theatre, Caitlin has studied at the Stella Acting Conservatory in New York. Some recent favorite credits include Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, Lady of the Lake in Spamalot, Velma in Chicago and Kristine in A Chorus Line. She would like to thank Chiaki as always for pushing her to do her best, Isabel for her wonderful costumes, her crazy cast and crew for all the fun and for finally sharing the stage with Justin!! LET'S GET WEIRD.

LaRaisha Burnette


LaRaisha Burnette graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 2008.  She has had the pleasure of performing on Broadway in Tisch's Annual Gala with Billy Crystal and Jesse Martin.  In the spring of 2008, she joined the cast of Nickelodeon's Backyardigans Live! Shemade her Wilmington musical theater debut in Brooklyn, the musical with City Stage.  A Rocky Virgin no more!

George Domby

(Dr. Scott/Phantom)

George is thrilled to be part of this amazing production, his fifth with City Stage.  He would like to thank Justin and Chiaki for giving him so many wonderful opportunities, and Bruce for handing out Halloween candy to trick-or-treaters without him this year.

Patrick Basquill


Patrick is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this show for the first time in all the ways especially with these really cool, awesome, adjectives, talented, people. Apparently it's some kinda thing. He's in shows and things, he likes it. Thanks to Justin, Chiaki, and all the people who work in lumber yards. You guys are awesome and necessary.

David Heck


David is happy to be working with City Stage once again, especially because its Rocky Horror. He was last scene in Monty Python's Spamalot as a saucy maraca dancer & 'Tim the Enchanter'"

Chris Conner


I am honored to be apart of the cast of The Rocky Horror Show 2013!

City Stage is known for producing amazing entertainment for the Wilmington area and I consider myself lucky to be apart of this experience!

Amber Adams


Amber Adams is originally from Winston Salem, NC where she graduated high school from UNCSA studying ballet and modern dance a long side jazz, tap, and theater at Susan's Dance Unlimited. Amber earned a BFA in Dance and Theater from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City and continued to dance and act in off-Broadway shows such as "Happenstance" and "8 Million Protagonists." Amber is grateful to call Wilmington her new home, and excited to join the Rocky Horror cast with City Stage. 

Lauren Mazzola


Lauren is very excited to be in her third City Stage production.  Some of her most recent credits include Masterclass (Sophie de Palma), The Drowsy Chaperone (Miss. Tottendale), The Sound of Music (Sister Margaretta), and The Magic Flute (Queen of the Night). She would like to thank her AMAZING boyfriend for being supportive of her theater addiction.  Mazel Tov to this fabulous cast and crew!

Khawon Porter


Khawon J. Porter is ecstatic to be with City Stage once again! You might remember him from the recent production of "Tommy", where  he rocked the roll of "Cousin Kevin"! Or maybe you caught Khawon over the summer in the casts of "Les Miserable", "RENT", and "Oklahoma!". Khawon's addiction to the stage is definitely getting fed. And now he would like to take this time to thank the cast, musicians, crew, and directors for another amazing experience!

Amy Smith


Amy was most recently seen in Tommy and Brooklyn at City Stage and as Rosemary is Thalian's production of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. She is super sexcited to be a part of the Rocky Horror cast and would like to thank her booty for all the wiggling it is enduring in this show!

Char Allen


Char Devine Allen, a "sopralto" from Philadlephia,PA, is daughter to Sylvester and Charlene Allen, who are very proud to see their half naked Jesus freak onstage.  A member of Ekklesia Church's Anointed to Praise Choir, she most enjoys singing praises to God, but is thrilled to be singing to that other place in her 2nd production with City Stage. Recent stage credits include Oklahoma!, Les Miserables, and last year's hit The Color Purple.  Char would like to thank her Heavenly Father for her talent, her parents for touch-a touch-a touching each other to make her, her sister  for Queen turning her into a wild and a untamed thang, and her sugar Aubrey Redd for being the light of my Frankenstein Place.

Robin Heck


Robin Heck is excited to be back on stage after rocking out with an amazing cast in Hedwig and the Angry Inch.  Favorite roles in Wilmington over the years include: Olive in the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Jemima in Cats, and Anna in Spring Awakening.  She is also thrilled to be on stage with her love, David again – but for the first time as husband and wife!  Thanks to an awesome cast for making this show so. much. fun!

Michael Savas


Michael is thrilled to make his City Stage debut as a phantom in The Rocky Horror Show.  He has been a part of several productions in Wilmington including most recently Oklahoma and Little Shop of Horrors.  He would like to thank Justin and Chiaki for the opportunity and the chance to finally work with them and as well as his parents for their support and his cats Cooper and Clyde for always being there when he gets home, either hungry or asleep.  He wishes all the best to the fantastic cast and crew of Rocky Horror!

Sarah Parsons


Sarah Parsons is extremely excited to make her City Stage debut with this amazing show! Sarah is currently a student at UNC-W studying to get her BA in theater.Her recent Wilmington shows include How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and Oklahoma! She would love to thank Justin, Chiaki, the cast and her close family and friends! And hey, It's Rocky y’all!

Paul Teal


Paul is very excited to be back performing with City Stage and couldn't have asked for a better show or cast to kick it off. After finishing up a recurring role on One Tree Hill he graduated from the 2 year acting program at The William Esper Studio (NYC). Theatre credits include The Notebook Musical (Noah), Rent (Mark) and West Side Story(Riff). Past City Stage orgies include Reefer Madness and The Wild Party. 

Kaitlin Baden


Kaitlin is once again making an appearance on a Wilmington stage in her underwear, and is excited to do so. Most recently she was seen as a Tit in 'Hedwig' and as Mimi in 'RENT'. She would like to thank Justin, Chiaki, Kevin, the cast, her family, her hubby, and Victoria's Secret for their love and support.

Anna Gamel


Anna is so excited to finally be a part of the wonderfully weird Rocky Horror family! This is her sixth production with CityStage. She was previously seen in The Who's Tommy (Sally Simpson), Spamalot (Ensemble), Avenue Q (The Puppeteer), Godspell (Robin), & Chicago (Pop/Ensemble).

Moriah Thomason


Moriah received her BFA in Acting from Boston University in 2012, and is now back to her NC roots involving herself in the Wilmington theatre and film scene! She currently teaches dance classes at The Dance Element. Moriah is thrilled to be a part of this crazy Rocky Horror party! Love to my family and friends, who support her no matter how wild and wacky her roles may be. 

Chiaki Ito

(Music Director/Producer/Piano)

Chiaki is a graduate of NC School of the Arts, UNC-CH, Univ. of Guam and Univ. of SC.  She practices law in New Hanover County and has music directed over 80 musicals.  She is Managing Director of Cape Fear Theatre Arts, LLC.  She enjoys participating in triathlons and spending time with her dog, Elvis.

Justin Smith


Justin Smith is the artistic director of City Stage and Carolina Theatre Group, LLC. Justin graduated with a BFA in Theatre from St. Michael’s College in Vermont. He has produced over 50 shows.  Favorite directing credits include RENT, Full Monty, Debbie Does Dallas The Musical, Wait Until Dark, Greater Tuna, Marvin’s Room and The Rocky Horror Show. Favorite acting roles include Petrucchio, Iago, Orsino, Frank-N-Furter, Gaston in Beauty and the Beast and Norbert Garsteki in The Great American Trailer Park, the Musical.

Kevin Green


Kevin Green is a graduate of NC School of the Arts (BFA in Dance, 2008). He is the artistic director and co-founder of Techmoja Dance and Theatre Company, LLC.  His directing credits include West Side Story, Dreamgirls, The Wiz, The House that Gordy Built and Jesus Christ Superstar.  He has also choreographed numerous shows, including, RENT, The Wild Party, The Great American Trailer Park, Annie and High School Musical.

ABOUT THE SHOW: The Rocky Horror Show is a musical with music, lyrics and a book by Richard O’Brien. A humorous tribute to the science fiction and horror B movies of the late 1940s through early 1970s, the musical tells the story of a newly engaged couple getting caught in a storm and coming to the home of a mad transvestite scientist unveiling his new creation, a muscle man named Rocky Horror.
